Beach volleyball in Phuket Thailand

The FIVB women's beach volleyball tournament is coming to Phuket Thailand. The tournament will run from the 2nd of November through the 5th of November. Organizers are not sure if the venue will be at Kata Beach, or Karon Beach as the tide will be very high at that time of the year, but expect this to be a great tournament.

There usually are 3 or 4

There usually are 3 or 4 volleyball nets at Kata Beach with most being "picnic ball" type of games for socializing.
In Patong there is usually 1 net set up in the middle of the beach, but it usually appears to be a closed game of 4's with predominately gays and katoeys.
