FIVB Men's and women's beach volleyball from Acapulco Mexico

Live from Acapulco will be the men's and women's fivb beach volleyball tournament. This will be the last tournament of the year for the men. The ladies will continue on with one more tournament in Phuket Thailand after a long flight from Mexico. I wonder if any of the ladies who will be playing in Mexico will be able to get over their jetlag before starting to play on Wednesday.

The U.S. Men's and Women's

The U.S. Men's and Women's beach volleyball teams take the gold medal in Acapulco.  Sean Rosenthal and Jake Gibb  beat Ricardo and Emanuel.  In the bronze medal match, American's Phil Dalhausser and Todd Rogers beat the Chinese to get the bronze medal. This was the last stop for the men this year on a long and grueling FIVB season.

On the women's side, Misty May Treanor and Kerri Walsh captured the gold medal beating the Brazilian team of Renata and Talita. The bronze medal saw a Norwegian team capturing their first podium finish over Juliana and Larissa from Brazil.  From here the women go to their final stop in Phuket Thailand.
